How it works

Four steps, in order. We read every application ourselves.

    Choose a route and tell us about your clients. We reply by email within a few days.

  2. Set up

    Resellers get an agency account and the price list; white-label resellers get their portal, brand settings and credit pool. Referrers get their link.

  3. Clients start

    Resellers add client sites, or create client accounts under their own brand, and bill them. Referred clients sign up and pay us directly.

  4. Paid monthly

    Commission is paid monthly once it has cleared a 30-day hold for refunds and the balance is over £50. Resellers set their own prices and keep the margin.

Questions partners ask

Can I resell some clients and refer others?
Yes. You choose per client. Each client earns one reward: a discount, a white-label account, or a commission, never two.
What are the discount and commission rates?
They come with your approval email: resellers get a price list that improves as they add client sites, and referrers get their commission rate. Both are confidential to the partner.
Do credits earn commission?
No. Commission and discounts apply to the subscription. Credit blocks are bought at the standard £25 per 1,000.
Can I put my own brand on Provley?
Yes, with white label: your name, logo and colours across the app, the sign-in screens and every email, on your own web address. How it works. On the discounted route and on the plan, director reports carry your client's brand and the app stays Provley-branded.
Does Provley guarantee citations?
No. Provley measures, fixes and writes; it never promises that an assistant will name a client, and every number links to the answer it came from.
Can I bid on the Provley name in search ads?
No.
How and when am I paid?
Referrers are paid monthly, once commission has passed a 30-day hold for refunds and the balance is over £50. Resellers are not paid commission: they buy at a discount, or run white label, and keep the margin.
